Appointments
We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Fullerton, CA so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.

Insurance and Billing

As a courtesy to you, we will gladly process your dental claim forms as long as we have all necessary information. However, all charges are your responsibility should your insurance carrier deny payment of your claim. Insurance is not an absolute guarantee of payment. Dental insurance plans vary and do always cover all services. In most instances, we are able to fully explain your dental plan to you. Every effort will be made we to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits available under your plan. Your estimated patient share is due the day of service. Payment not received from your insurance carrier by 45 days will be due in full and payable by you.

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card.We also offer a flexible payment plan such as care credit . Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist. Payment for treatment is required the day of service. Payment of services for the treatment of minors is the responsibility of the adult accompanying the minor.
